One downside was the slow elevator during peak hours, which could test your patience. I wish the cleaning staff would empty the trash during mid-day refreshes to keep the room tidy throughout my stay. Still, these minor issues didn't overshadow the great service I received throughout. I'll definitely recommend this place to anyone traveling through Greenville.
